COURSE DESCRIPTION:  Compliance Solutions online 40-HOUR HAZWOPER is THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE ONLINE TRAINING COURSE IN THE INDUSTRY!

HAZWOPER or the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response standard, is at the intersection of three Federal regulatory agencies: OSHA, EPA and DOT. This interactive, self-paced course includes 28 comprehensive online training modules PLUS 8-hours of Hands-On, in-class training with a qualified instructor, and a certification exam.

What makes our course the BEST Online 40-Hour on the market?

Many online training companies lack the resources to properly train your employees. Many "online" training companies are simple "resellers" of courses they did not develop and what's more, couldn't update or even edit the content if they wanted to... it's not their course. That's NOT the kind of company you want risk your employee's lives with!  Since 1995, we've delivered quality online and instructor-led training and, were the FIRST to offer "Blended" online 40-Hour HAZWOPER training that EXCEEDS OSHA's suggested training requirements. We develop and update our courses OURSELVES. Our students have access to REAL Instructors (online or in-class) and we insure every certification meets OSHA's rigirous hours requirement.  Believe it or not, we actually receive calls, on a regular basis,  from resellers who want us to provide Hands-On training for their customers!.......I bet you can guess what we tell them!

WHY don't our competitors offer hands-on training as part of their course?  SIMPLE! It costs money, more than our competitors want to spend! We offer hands-on training in 60+ training locations in the U.S.so students receive a full 8-Hours of training in site hazards, changes to regulations, PPE and most importantly they DRESS-OUT so they know what it's like to wear PPE, put on an SCBA, respirators, decontaminate, and more! THAT is what OSHA had in mind when they said "students must have an opportunity to don and doff PPE and ask questions of a qualified Instructor during their classroom training"....OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. What you should really ask your vendor is "why don't YOU provide OSHA Required Content (hands-on training) as PART of your course?"

My online vendor says "You have to do 3-days of "supervised field experience" anyway so I don't need "Hands-On" training.   Let's look at the requirement: OSHA Specifically says:  "employees are required to receive three (3) days of supervised field experience to be provided by the employer”…..OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. It does NOT say "you may "SUBSTITUTE" 3-days of feild experience for the "opportunity to don and doff PPE and ask questions of a qualified Instructor". It boils down to is this:  If your online training vendor sells you 40-Hour training that does not INCLUDE "in-class" hands-on training, your certification is NOT VALID!
