COURSE DESCRIPTION: With the hazards workers face every day, comprehensive safety training is no longer a luxury, it's a  necessity!Currently,,seven different states (see the course outline for a complete list) REQUIRE employees receive 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety training for state funded contracts. 


The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. And while workers may need additional training based on OSHA standards and the specific hazards of their jobs, the 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training Online program will provide entry-level workers with the critical knowledge necessary for a safe workplace on a variety of OSHA regulated safety and health topics.


Note: OSHA regulations state that a student can not spend longer than 7.5 hours in a OSHA 10 course per training day.  Please allocate a minimum of two (2) calendar days to complete this training.

10-Hour Online OSHA Construction Refund & Cancellation Policy

The 10-Hour OSHA Construction course is NOT eligible for transfer to a seminar training course and is NOT eligible for a refund unless:

  1. The Student MUST notify us of their desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the online order. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to following address: comments@csregs.com AND;
  2. The Student must NOT HAVE EXCEEDED 1-Hour (60 minutes) in TOTAL course time.
  3. If the request is made AFTER 24-hours OR the Student has completed MORE THAN 1-Hour (60 minutes) of training time, your tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Students have 90 days (3-months) to complete an online course.
  • Orders placed with a “Corporate Account” or “Discount Code” are NOT eligible for refund, cancellation or transfer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Course Extension Policy:

  • Students have six (6) months from the date of registration to complete the 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Course. This time limit is imposed by OSHA, not the publisher.
  • Extensions beyond six-months are NOT available.
  • Expired courses, students who have left the employ of a company or students who FAIL their final exam (see below) are NOT eligible for credit or refund of any kind.
  • This course has final exam. Students must receive a grade passing grade to be issued an OSHA Wallet Card.
  • Wallet Cards are MAILED (we cannot send an electronic copy) approximately 6-8 weeks after completion directly from OSHA. A "temporary" certificate will be issued at the end of class which expires in 60 days.

OSHA Requirements:

Students may only train a MAXIMUM of 7.5 hours in one day. Per OSHA requirements, this course will take a MINIMUM of 2-days to complete.

Students will be given 3 attempts to pass all Chapter and Final Exams. If a student FAILS ANY exam 3 times, they fail the course. Failing students may re-enroll in the course IF you have previously failed 1x time. You mustpay all tuition due and complete all course (including time) requirements to take the course online a second time. There is no credit or partial discount for failed exams or re-registration. Students who have failed the course 2x times MUST wait a minimum of 6-Months to re-take the course.
